Returns / Faulty Items

Please send mailorder returns back to:

Before returning mail order goods always ring or email us first.

When sending goods back please ensure they are safely packed.

All goods must be complete as when purchased, packaging included.

We send all our goods by either recorded delivery or special delivery this way no dispute can be made to say goods did not arrive and they are insured if they get lost/damaged on the way.

We accept that goods can be sent via first/second class mail, but if they get delayed or lost we cannot be held responsible

If item is tested and found not to be faulty we will wait until postage is sent to us before returning goods.

None faulty goods returned after 7 days will incur a restocking charge(30%)

We are VAT registered.
